I saw this questions in one of the Facebook groups, the Online Filipino Freelancers (OFF) And I want to answer it here, I know this is something I need to do before the year ends What's the biggest lesson you learned this year? Not managing my finances properly leads to unnecessary losses. I've had several wrong financial decisions this year which led me to having debt, instead of finishing off paying my debts. Although I have been continually paying for my Home Credit Loan, and this January will be my last installment. Yey! 🥳 It was a 36 Months to pay loan for only P50, 000.00 at P3,300.00 monthly installments. I know, it is too much! But I really needed the money three years ago.  So I incurred several debts this year which I plan to payoff during the first quarter of 2022 and also I will go back to the envelope system of budgeting, which I did not do this year. What's your greatest achievement? For me, my greatest achievement this year is getting my YouTube ...

So it was the day after Christmas And everyone is resting because of the busyness of the day before.... But the Cal Agents peeps were not resting... Preparing for the first Christmas party ever!!! I remember a year ago when it was only me and Janice onboard this US Company... And now look at how big our family has become! Oh, there were some who came and went... But only the strong at heart really stayed. 🥰 Two years ago today, I was the only Filipino working with Lex and Nikki.... Oh was I nervous! 😆 A forty-seven year old woman working for the first time as a Transaction Coordinator for a US Company. I had a lot to learn. And learn I did! When Lex thought we needed more help, he asked me about getting someone else onboard. Actually asked me if I know someone who can help with the process of hiring. So I reached out to a Connected Women friend Mika and they connected. Lex loved her! Unfortunately, Mika is already swamped with the company she is managing. So she referred Rachel inste...

 Today is Christmas Day! Well, here in the Philippines at least  Time check 5:30am In some countries, it's just the 24th and in other parts of the world, it's already late on the day of the 25th. My love and I celebrated the 12midnight salubong at a friends' house and went home afterward. Later we will be going back there to celebrate Christmas day. I still have to work today, I know, I know.... But a grandma has to grind too 😍 After the pandemic,, and I say after because almost everything is back to normal now. Except for the wearing of face masks and the temperature check in public establishments. A lot of children are outside on the streets! Christmas spirit is back 💓 I just wanted to drop a few lines and greet everyone a Merry Christmas!

I have always been told that I need to focus 👀 Yeah, I am guilty of always being a scatterbrain... But I am not ashamed 😁 I have so much in my mind, I want to do a lot of things! And I want it done NOW! So my life is always like a "trial and error" Because how would I know if something is for me if I will not try it? 😁👍 Although I do not always  really get everything done literally, Sometimes I realize that I don't want to do it anymore and I stop doing it. Of course there are also times when I realize that, oh this definitely is for me!
