The Day After Christmas

So it was the day after Christmas

And everyone is resting because of the busyness of the day before....

But the Cal Agents peeps were not resting... Preparing for the first Christmas party ever!!!

I remember a year ago when it was only me and Janice onboard this US Company...

And now look at how big our family has become!

Oh, there were some who came and went... But only the strong at heart really stayed. 🥰

Two years ago today, I was the only Filipino working with Lex and Nikki.... Oh was I nervous! 😆

A forty-seven year old woman working for the first time as a Transaction Coordinator for a US Company. I had a lot to learn.

And learn I did!

When Lex thought we needed more help, he asked me about getting someone else onboard.

Actually asked me if I know someone who can help with the process of hiring.

So I reached out to a Connected Women friend Mika and they connected.

Lex loved her! Unfortunately, Mika is already swamped with the company she is managing. So she referred Rachel instead.

We still have Rachel until today, and sha has become a great asset to the company 🥰

And then finding a new Transaction Coordinator was next, because after just six or seven months, Lex promoted me as Assistant Property Manager 🥲 (tears of happiness!)

And then we had Janice... Until today 💕

And now she is the Executive Assistant of Lex ☺️

And now our family has grown!!!

With JJ, Jayne, Sarah and Camille...

Lex owns several companies so we also have Ms . Dina and Allan (and some more ☺️).

Ms. Dina is actually the first Filipino hire that Lex had, even before me, but for another company.

And he fell in love with Filipino Virtual Assistants ☺️

So to more Filipino VAs!
