Knowing What You Want

Yesterday I attended a group life coaching seminar by Coach Bam.
He's been a long-time coach/friend of mine who really did amazing changes in my life.
And during one of the activities, I realized something. 

I realized that at this point in my life, I don't have a clear-cut plan for my future.
Well, actually I do, but it's not clear.
It's like going with the flow right now.

I remember my sister telling me to "Focus"
Yes, maybe I need that right now.

FOCUS

I am doing several things at a time.
  • My YouTube Channel Maya Layug - since I am just starting my channel, I need to learn a lot about how to optimize my blog, what is the best time to post, what kind of posts would attract more viewers, etc.
  • My Blogs Maya Layug - I started blogging on Blogger again because it is easier to get monetized because Blogger is also Google.
  • Elite Realty by Broker Maya Layug - my real estate business. Thinking and studying ways on how to actually make a sale and manage my agents.
  • My work as an Assistant Property Manager in The Cal Agents Realty. Well, this is my bread and butter right now, since I am still not earning much to make a living from my other sources of income.
  • Investments - so far the one really working is with the UMP. 
  • Emergency Fund - trying my best to build my Emergency Fund.
That's about it.
It takes so much of my time, and yet I need to FOCUS.

New Work Schedule 2022

So I am starting a new work schedule today I used to work Tuesday to Saturday 2am to whatever time I finish work 😁 Now, since my boss requested for someone to watch over the weekend from the PM Team, I will now work from Monday to Friday still start at 2am 🥰 I think this is better, I get to update more work on a Sunday in the US, not too much distractions. Yesterday we attended a Christening of the daughter of my assistant, Camille, in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Actually, a lot has happened since I last wrote here. Last Tuesday, January 11, I lost my eldest sister. She died at home and I had to rush over since she is living with her only son and didn't know what to do 😭 We had her immediately cremated and had a wake for 3 days and 3 nights. That picture is with my other sister Glo, during the last night of the wake. It was soooo cold!  My love cooked Pansit bihon that we brought there and my son Janjan also sent Shakey's pizza delivery.
